Contraindications
• hypersensitivity to azithromycin, erythromycin, other macrolide antibiotics, history of cholestatic jaundice/hepatic impairment, myasthenia gravis
Drug interactions
• antacids, anticoagulants, fluconazole, antiretroviral agents
Cautions
• use with caution in patients with preexisting liver disease or severe renal impairment (GFR <10 mL/minute),
