• anuria
• acute renal insufficiency
• significant impairment of renal excretory function

• angiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitors
• atorvastatin
• angiotensin II receptor blockers
• cyclosporine
Cautions
• the concurrent use of angiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitors increases the risk of hyperkalemia
Adverse Effects (common and severe)• hyperkalemia
Instructions and dose

25mg; 25-200mg one time a day
Monitoringblood pressure, serum electrolytes (potassium and sodium), renal function test, daily weight throughout therapy
