Contraindications, drug interactions or cautions | Contraindications • narrow-angle glaucoma, presence/history of pheochromocytoma, cardiac/vascular disorders that would deteriorate with increases in blood pressure or heart rate Drug interactions • antihypertensives, albuterol, paroxetine, fluoxetine, quinidine, monoamine oxidase inhibitors Cautions • use with caution in patients with comorbid bipolar disorder (therapy may induce mixed/manic episodes) |
