• myeloproliferative disorders, toxic or idiosyncratic agranulocytosis, active liver disease, hepatic failure, severe CNS depression or comatose states, severe renal or cardiac disease, paralytic ileus, uncontrolled epilepsy, previous hypersensitivity
Adverse Effects (common and severe)• drowsiness
• dizziness/vertigo
• headache
• tremor
• salivation
• sweating
• dry mouth
• visual disturbances
• tachycardia
• hypotension
• syncope
• constipation
• nausea
• fever

12.5-25mg once daily; 300-450mg once daily
