• hypersensitivity, undiagnosed abnormal genital bleeding, current or history of deep vein thrombosis/pulmonary embolism, breast cancer, estrogen-dependent tumor, hepatic impairment, known thrombophilic disorders
Drug interactions
• anastrozole, anticoagulants
Adverse Effects (common and severe)• bloating
• headache
• nausea
• chloasma
• breast tenderness
• breakthrough bleeding/spotting
