  • selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), serotonin–norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs), tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs), monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs), ketoconazole, itraconazole, nefazodone, clarithromycin, ritonavir, nelfinavir
