Contraindications
  • CI:avoid with hereditary fructose, glucose/galactose malabsorption, and sucrase-isomaltase deficiency and coadministration with terfenadine
Drug interactions
  • calcium channel blockers, angiotensin II receptor antagonists (ARBs), thiazide diuretics, oral hypoglycemics, macrolides, NSAIDs, oral contraceptives, quinidine, prednisone, phenytoin, methadone, anti-retrovirals
