  • pregnancy, active bleeding, hemorrhagic disorders, previous warfarin induced skin necrosis, recent surgery, noncompliant patients

  • alcohol, allopurinol, amiodarone, cimetidine, fibrates, NSAIDs/Coxibs, phenobarbital, St. johns wort
Adverse Effects
